Delivery

Delivery is free when posting anywhere in the UK.

Products can be delivered all around the world***   Just £3.50 (€5.25) to Europe, £4.50 ($8.30) to Rest of World.

Our business is based on our reputation. We are a customer focused organisation and give 100% in our aim to maintain our standards. Please feel free to email us with as many questions as you like before you buy. We will try to respond to all email enquiries and orders as quickly as possible. Emails and orders are periodically collected outside of business hours and wherever possible we will respond to email enquiries and process orders.

Payment Options

We take the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron, JCB.  Payment is via a fully secure server.  We also now accept cheques. 

Style Cufflinks holds credit card merchant status so you can pay using any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron and JCB. Simply fill in the online form or call our customer care number on +44 (0) 1474 708427 to easily make your payment. Please remember to have your item number to hand.   Please do not send your credit card details to us via e-mail, this is not secure. Credit card details are processed by a secure encrypted third party processor, WorldPay, guaranteeing security and convenience. You must be the registered card holder to order any item. Goods are generally sent to the registered card holder's address. However, if the goods are to be sent elsewhere (e.g. your place of work) for security reasons we may send a copy of the order to the credit card holder's address prior to releasing goods.  We may verify your name and address with your card issuer.  Customers must provide a daytime telephone number.  We log all originating information on online orders.  We do not add surcharges to credit or debit cards.  Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express or Diners Club cards .  We reserve the right to decline orders as necessary due to credit card fraud.

Delivery

We aim to despatch all in stock items within 48 hours of receipt of your order but please allow 7 days for delivery in UK (up to 14 days overseas). If your item has not arrived after 10 days (21 days overseas) please contact us.  If an item is out of stock we will advise you in 24 hours and will not debit your credit/debit card.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we believe that you will be.

Under the terms of the Distance Selling Act, EU buyers have the right to cancel an order and obtain a refund or replacement within 7 working days after the day of receipt of the goods.   Goods must be returned in an 'as new' condition, in original packaging. We advise customers to acquire proof of posting from the post office or to send goods by special delivery (which has to be signed for) when returning goods. You must contact us by email or phone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number. The telephone for customer services is +44 (0)1474 708427.    

In the case of faulty goods we guarantee all items over £11 for a period of 3 months from the purchase date. This covers all manufacturing defects but does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use. Goods found to be faulty can be returned within fourteen days of despatch for either a full refund or an exchange for a similar item. After the initial 7 day period items can only be repaired or exchanged for the same product and cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).

Refunds are made within 30 days of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us. You must contact us by email or phone before returning any goods, so we can give you a specific returns number. The telephone for customer services is +44 (0)1474 708427.    The goods will need to be returned to us in suitable protective packaging, with a copy of the original receipt.

Statutory Rights

None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English Law.

Privacy Policy

Personal details are collected during the ordering process.  Any information given during the ordering process are held by Style Cufflinks for purposes or processing your order only.  These details will only be used for this and not be passed to any third parties.  Style Cufflinks do not hold your credit card details.
